Welcome to our online store www.silesso.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By using our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or purchase products from us.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our dresses; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.

All prices for dresses listed on our website are in EURO including 21% VAT. Those prices are subject to change without notice. Payment for purchases made through our website must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, IDeal and ApplePay. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

All taxes and duties are calculated according to the shipping destination you have provided and itemized at the bottom of the Order Summary page. VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within Europe. Zero rate VAT will be applied to all other destinations outside the EU. The correct unit price will be applied to the destination provided, once you have entered your delivery address.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at the time of purchase. Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your dress, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to our returns and exchanges policy. Dresses must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Silesso and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

Under no circumstances shall Silesso, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dutch Law. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.
