Returns and Exchanges Policy

- At Silesso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options.
2. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. They must also have all original tags attached.
3. Returns:
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@silesso.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of greater value, you may be required to pay the price difference. If it's of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original payment method.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@silesso.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
