Shipping policy
1. Your package shipment:
- Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
2. Where is my package?
- After placing an order, the products are first assembled in the warehouse, then transported to a sorting point in the courier company. After leaving the sorting area, tracking function is activated. At this point, you will receive an email with a link, where you can review the current location of the parcel.
3. What to do if you do not see the country, to which you want to order the package?
- Please send us an email to our email address: management@silesso.com. If it will be possible to deliver to the country you would like to, we will make a individual package for you. We will also try to implement the possibility of delivery of future products to your country of residency.
